Each of your dashboards display a status that shows which stage your programs are in. You can keep track of your programs from the very beginning!

There is a more detailed status window if you click on the following icon in the side navigation bar of your dashboard.

(Please note: If you don't have access to your dashboard yet, you will not be able to see this icon—but the status window will appear automatically.)

Status Window Overview

When prompted, this status window appears:

Here you can see the following aspects of your programs and the dashboard:

  1. The total number of responses and when they were collected

  2. The programs present in the dashboard

  3. The program status

  4. The overall AI status

Program Stages

There are four stages a program goes through: configuration, review, analyzing responses, and active.

  • Stage 1 - Configuration: In the configuration stage, we work on designing and programming your survey(s) or uploading your CSV data. At this point, if you are launching a new program, you cannot see your dashboard and data has not populated yet.

    • Stage 2 - Review: In the review stage, we finalize your survey design(s). At this point, data still has not populated, so if this is a new program, you cannot see anything in your dashboard yet.

    • Combined, stage 1 and 2 typically take less than 24 hours.

  • Stage 3 - Analyzing Responses: In the analyzing responses stage, your survey(s) have launched or your CSV data has been successfully uploaded into the system. You can see responses populate into your dashboard(s), and the AI model(s) start initializing analysis and learning your data.

    • This stage typically takes 24–48 hours, depending on the size of the dataset.

  • Stage 4 - Active: At this point, the AI has learned a sufficient amount of your data and displays its analysis with over 80% accuracy. If you have launched a new program, at this point you can explore your data and the AI's analysis. While the AI may still be fine-tuning its analysis at this stage, the program is considered active.

You will receive periodic notifications when your program moves from one stage to the next so that you are always up to date with your program statuses.

AI Status

The AI Status section of the status window has several components:

  • The status shows whether the AI is initializing its model(s), learning and developing your models, or has finished learning and developing and is either fine-tuning its analysis or has completed its analysis (i.e., the model(s) are active).

  • The number of models refers to how many unique AI models are in your dashboard. This number generally correlates to how many open-ended questions are in your dashboard.

  • The coverage refers to how many responses in your dashboard have been analyzed by the AI. So if you have 1,000 responses in your dashboard and the coverage is 97%, then 970 responses in your dashboard have been analyzed.

From the status window, you can either return to your hives or click "Explore Data" to dive into your dashboard!
