At Beehive AI, we can integrate with your Typeform account and pull data from the programs of your choice. Typeform integration will allow data to automatically ingest into our platform for a consistent stream of analysis as your surveys continue collecting data!
Creating an Access Token
In order to provide Beehive with the proper credentials for integration, you will need to follow these steps:
Go to your account (click on the icon in the top right corner)
Go to “Your Settings”
Go to "Personal tokens"
Click “Generate a new token”
Name your token and set the following scopes:
"Read" forms
"Read" responses
Click "Generate token."
Copy the generated token and paste it into a text file. Make sure to keep this token secure, as it provides access to your Typeform resources. Reach out to a Beehive AI representative, and we will provide a link to a secure drop box where you can upload the text file.
Selecting Surveys for Ingestion
Once Typeform and Beehive are integrated, the only steps that need to be repeated are sending us your survey ID whenever a new survey from Typeform needs to be synced or imported. In order to choose surveys that you want ingested into the Beehive platform, follow these steps:
Go to your chosen survey in Typeform and click into it.
Locate and copy the form ID in the URL. This ID appears after
form/.
Navigate to your Beehive workspace Connections Page.
Select Typeform as an integration path.
Click "Add Connection."
In the chat popup, provide us with the form ID you copied from Typeform.
