At Beehive AI, we can integrate with your Survey Monkey and pull data from the programs of your choice. Survey Monkey integration will allow data to automatically ingest into our platform for a consistent stream of analysis as your surveys continue collecting data!
Creating an Access Token
To provide Beehive AI with the proper credentials for integration, follow these steps:
Log in to your SurveyMonkey account at https://developer.surveymonkey.com/ and create a Private App.
Once the app has been created, click on settings.
Set the scopes of your app as shown below.
Enable "View Surveys"
Enable "View Responses"
Enable "View Responses Details"
In the credentials section, copy the "Access Token" and paste it into a text file.
Reach out to a Beehive AI representative, and we will provide a link to a secure drop box where you can upload the text file. Make sure to keep this token secure, as it provides access to your Survey Monkey resources.
Selecting Surveys for Ingestion
Once Survey Monkey and Beehive are integrated, you will not need to repeat the steps above. But whenever a new survey from Survey Monkey needs to be synced or imported, you will need to repeat the following steps:
Navigate to your Beehive workspace Connections Page.
Select Survey Monkey as an integration path.
Click "Add Connection."
In the chat that pops up, provide us with the exact name of the survey you wish to ingest data from.
We'll connect the survey in the backend, and you will receive notifications to keep you updated on the processing of your data. For an understanding of Beehive's program stages and their ETAs, please visit our help article.
Updating your Access Token
If there is an issue with your data ingesting after it had previously worked, you may need to update your access token. If you need help updating your token, take a look at our article.
