How to Upload

Once you click "Upload a file" (in the Hives Page), "Add" (in the Connections Page), or "Add More Data" (within an existing dashboard) the following upload window will appear. You can upload as many files as desired, so long as they are within the constraints of our supported file types.

Supported File Types

The Beehive AI platform currently supports the upload of the following file types...

  • CSV

In order for CSVs to ingest correctly into Beehive's system, certain formatting requirements will need to be met. For a detailed guide about cleaning and formatting CSVs for upload, visit this page.

Interview Data:

  • VTT

  • TXT

For detailed instructions on how to best prepare VTT, TXT, etc. files for the successfully upload of Interview data, visit this page.

After Uploading

Once you have dropped your desired data file into the platform, our system will need time to process and import the data. This step will generally take less than 24 hours, and you can track the progress of your analysis by viewing the status in your dashboard.
