What is the "Connections" page?
The "Connections" page allows users to see all the connected data sources within a Workspace. Users can request to add more data (both CSV uploads and survey connections) to their Workspace via the "Connections" page.
Note: The "Connections" page is a place to upload preexisting data. If you would like to build and launch a new program, use the "+ Create new" button on your "Hives" page.
Where can I find the "Connections" page?
Upon navigating to your workspace, you will be brought to your Workspace Hives. The "Connections" page can be found within the left-hand-side navigation bar. To view your connections, click on the "Connections" button (shown below).
How do I use the "Connections" page?
Using the table:
The table on the "Connections" page has 5 columns.
Data Source(s) | Responses | Last Updated | Connected Dashboards | |
This column specifies the data source type(s) currently being viewed. | This column specifies the number of responses found in each data source. | This column specifies the date on which a data source was last updated (e.g., additional data added, etc.). | This column specifies the number of Dashboards that a data source is connected to. | This column specifies if a data source may be enriched with an enrichment file upload (via an enrich button). |
Within this table, there are widgets (one for each data source type) that can be expanded (for a more granular view) and minimized (for a more general view).
The "Connections" page currently supports the following data source types:
CSV uploads (via file upload)
Typeform surveys (via account connection)
SurveyMonkey surveys (via account connection)

Adding more data (CSV uploads & Survey connections):
To add more data to your Workspace, simply select one of the "+Add" button(s) found on the page.
General "+Add" button:
This "+Add" button is found at the top left of the "Connections" page. It allows users to select their desired data source type before requesting to add data to their Workspace.
"+Add" button (found within each data source widget):
These "+Add" button(s) are found at the bottom of each individual data source widget, in their expanded states. Selecting these "+Add" button(s) will allow users to request to add more data of that data source type to their Workspace.

e.g. If a user selects the "+Add" button found within the CSV Upload(s) widget, the user can request to upload a new CSV file. If a user selects the "+Add" button found within the Typeform widget, the user can request to connect Typeform surveys.
Enrichment data:
To request to add enrichment data to your Workspace, simply select one of the "Enrich" button(s) found on the page.
A CSV file or survey may only be enriched with one enrichment file at a time. Users may elect to overwrite previous enrichment files with new enrichment files.

What is enrichment data?
Data enrichment involves connecting new information with a pre-existing data set. This could include adding missing details, correcting inaccuracies, or appending new attributes to the data. The goal of data enrichment is to improve the overall quality and usefulness of the dataset, making it more valuable for analysis, decision-making, and other business purposes. Enriched data often leads to better insights and more effective utilization of information.
